For Scaling Orgs

One source.
Every product.
Zero drift.

At scale, inconsistency is the tax you pay for growth. Spektral makes one token source cascade to every framework, enforces the rules on every generation, and hands every product team a live connection to what you already ship — so standards scale without becoming bottlenecks.

Built to scale

Scale standards,
not bottlenecks.

The hard part of scaling a design system isn't building components — it's keeping every team consistent without slowing any of them down.

One token source

A single DTCG token system feeds every platform. Change a primitive once and it cascades to every product that consumes it — no per-team diff.

Guardrails the agent enforces

Accessibility audits and token-only styling are checked on every generation. Standards aren't a wiki page — they're enforced at the point of creation.

Every product agent builds on it

Each cloud project gets a read-only Design System MCP endpoint. Point any coding agent at it and it builds from the components and tokens you already ship — instead of inventing a fourth button.

Consistency at the source

Change once, propagate everywhere

Tokens flow primitive → semantic → component, and components are built from a framework-agnostic spec. Rebrand or retheme at the root and every downstream platform inherits it — no copy-paste across repos.

  • References preserved so intent survives the build
  • One spec generates multiple framework targets
  • No divergent forks of the same component
primitive→semantic
semantic→component
component→all platforms
Control without friction

Set the rules, then get out of the way

Each platform declares its own conventions and whitelisted scripts inplatform.yml. Routine commands run automatically; anything outside the whitelist is gated by an approval prompt — control where it matters, speed everywhere else.

  • Per-platform conventions and feature flags
  • Whitelisted scripts auto-run; free-form commands gated
  • Up to 250 spec-bound turns per generation

Contribution model · Pro + Enterprise

Many contributors, one protected main

At scale the bottleneck isn't building components — it's letting product teams contribute without destabilising the system. Spektral gives every contributor a branch with full live sync inside it, and makes the branch-to-main boundary the place review happens. Protectmain, require approval, and let teams propose changes instead of forking the system.

  • Change requests with a computed token + component diff
  • Each one summarised in plain English — the reviewer bottleneck at scale is comprehension, not clicks
  • Blast radius surfaced up front: what a token change touches across the system
  • Component conflicts at merge get rebased by the agent
  • Consumers pin an immutable release; upgrades stay a choice

At scale, consistency can't depend on discipline. It has to beenforced by the system that builds the work.
